What are LifeUps?
LifeUps are short, animated segments, featuring easily-incorporated, evidence-based tips, to improve your life with mindfulness, fun fitness, life hacks, and informational tidbits - including soundbites from some of the top global experts in health and wellness.
We believe that incremental changes can add up to great transformation!
Episode 1: Gratitude
An attitude of gratitude improves general wellbeing, increases resilience, strengthens social relationships, and reduces stress and depression. So, let’s practice together, to exercise that muscle and experience immediate results!
Episode 2: Nature!
Studies show that spending time outdoors improves mood, mitigates symptoms of stress, and enhances overall wellbeing.
We’ll start by suggesting small steps: regular walks in the park, short sunshine breaks during the day, and time for 'screen-free' moments.
Or, simply take off your shoes and feel the grass between your toes!
Catherine Campion, creator
As a neurodivergent creative, Catherine overcame mental health challenges using these behavior modifications.
With a 30-year yoga practice, she now teaches yoga and meditation, focusing on seniors and those with disabilities, and is certified in Death Midwifery, Hospice, Adaptive Yoga, and as a Health Aide.
With 50+ years on earth, 36 years in the industry, 26 years in SAG-AFTRA (including serving on the Board of Directors, and as VP of Women in Film & Television),16 years in voiceover, Catherine has produced award-winning short films and is currently mentored by Emmy-nominated director Dave Palmer, known for Blue’s Clues and The Backyardigans.
